The client undertakes:

The service requested for purchase is delivered to the e-mail address specified by the Client within the period specified in the information for execution and payment of services. When handing over the service, the Client or a third party confirms by e-mail in writing that they accept everything without remarks. A third party is considered to be anyone who is not the holder of the application by email, but is responsible for the service at the email address specified by the customer.
It is possible that the implementation will be performed in stages, of which the Client will be notified in a timely manner. In case the Client is not found within the deadline for execution of the specified email address or online access and conditions for delivery of the service within this deadline are not provided, Global Web Design LTD is released from its obligation to deliver the requested service. The client can confirm his desire to receive the service even after the expiration of the deadline for execution, in which he was not found at the e-mail address, bearing all costs of implementation. But not later than 30 calendar days. In this case, a new deadline for online transmission starts to run from the moment of confirmation.
